Shocked me.  Next time I'll request the direct to Ottawa.  Through Amsterdam.
Does KLM fly to Ottawa?

Maybe you do, but I don't.

Well it saves the decision maker an early start tomorrow morning  :rofl2:.

I'm not sure schools will be cancelled here, it's not quite as bad as you have it.

CDG is ridiculous.  Damn it's big.

I understand if you change terminals since you have to go outside basically.  But not in the same terminal.

Try FRA, went through security twice on the way to Sweden. No bridge to the plane, a stairway to the ground!...how bush league is that!

Snowy how often have you been to EU?  Almost all the airports there bus you in or you walk up.

I bussed in pretty much everywhere in the EU.

Platforms are more an NA thing due to terminal space.

When I went to Paris, Amsterdam, London there was no bus or walking up involved.  My favourite airport so far is Amsterdam.  The breastfeeding room is one heck of a lounge!  :rofl2:

At CDG if you are a bit late in the gates will be filled with the aircraft that were on time and you'll get bussed.  If you are on Air France you 90% get a gate, on Air Transat more likely to get bussed

A few times but only once we had to walk down stairs in the open and that was Frankfurt. Heathrow and Stockholm had bridges.
