A lot of films and tv shows are made in Vancouver and yet it’s almost never set there either.

Cool - though more like late 1987 to 1988, that Cutlass Ciera had flush headlights.  The Citation is the same colour as my parents' '82 was, with the amber indicators in the taillights - one of the first cars I drove regularly after getting my license in summer '87.
