Watched the first four episodes of the new season of Bosch Legacy. Enjoyable as always. I wish there were more series like this one – entertaining police procedurals that are not over the top.

I find many of the British police/detective shows much better than most American shows. Britbox is your friend.

Yeah, I've watched a bunch of those. Lots of good stuff comes out of the UK.

Finished The Diplomat on Netflix. Pretty good series, tons of f-words in dialogues  ;D Looking forward to season 2 - season 1 had quite the cliffhanger - nice use of Pink Floyd there.

2nd Season of Connelly's The Lincoln Lawyer was pretty good too, but very different from the book.

If they keep up with the solid casting, this series could go a loooong way.  So many excellent stories to choose from.

Re-watching Mad Men. I'd kinda of forgotten what a complete tool Draper is.

Definitly an anti-hero, to put it mildly.

Agree on Reacher. I've read all the books and think the producers, writers and actors have done a great job bringing this to the screen.

Jusy got around to watching the last season of Ted Lasso.......satisfying ending with few loose ends.

We started watching Griselda - just watched one episode so far.  Drug lord TV show by some of the people who did Narcos, but with a female lead - Sofia Vergara.

First episode was pretty good.  It's a limited series, so it'll be one season and done, which is good, because I tend to lose interest in these kind of shows after a season or two.

I've been watching this rather decent comedy on Netflix called Loudermilk.  If you enjoyed the movie Office Space, the main guy is the same and he plays a similar type of character.  It's quite funny and I enjoy it.

I also started to watch the series Derek, which is a Ricky Gervias series and has one my favorite TV personalities in Karl Pilkington (from Idiot Abroad and The Ricky Gervais show).  It's another pretty funny series, but definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

We've been into Loudermilk also, just putting on episodes here and there as you don't need to follow too closely to keep up.  And ya, pretty funny. For those of you that want to get a sense of the show just search Loudermilk coffee shop scene, its a classic.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Captain Lewis Nixon didn't drink his way from Normandy, France, all the way to the Eagle's Nest in Germany to be known as 'that guy from Office Space'.

haha, just kidding.  He was great in Office Space, too.  One of my favorite movies.

We watched and finished Loudermilk, and loved it.  I did like that you don't have to follow too closely.  If I dozed through an episode because it was late and I was tired, it didn't take too much effort to get back up to speed in for the next episode.

Ha, yeah I was really just highlighting a similar character and performance is all.  He's been in some good stuff outside of Office Space, but I'd say that character was likely the closest to his Loudermilk character he has on his resume.

I've been watching it.  I like it.  Little disappointed with all the CGI planes, but there's really no way they could have gotten the shots they wanted otherwise.

Still a cool show, though.

Although I feel like there's a BUNCH of filler - the opening credits are like 5 minutes long, and then there's another 5 minutes of 'next episode preview' before the 10 minute long end credits.  Takes a 50 minute show and cuts it down to 35 minutes of actual content.  I feel like that's deliberate cost cutting.
