Advice on Selling 2007 Honda Pilot EX - what price should I ask?

I am considering selling my 2007 Honda Pilot EX which I am including a link to some pictures of.  There are a few minor dings and dents and I was wondering if it is better just to leave it or spend a few hundred bucks getting them fixed?  Nothing major mind you just a few minor bumps from the kids bikes and whatnot.  I am looking for advice on selling a vehicle privately and what people think I can reasonably expect to get for the Pilot, it currently has 99,800 km.

I would check what the asking prices are locally for another Pilot EX in a similar condition. Check Autotrader, etc.

http://www.vmrcanada.com may also help as well. This is just a guide I think. Remember to add provincial variations as applicable....prices are typically cheapest in Ontario.
