There's an elephant in the room here...
The assumptions seems to be $29,999 and 200HP, no turbo model (at least in the short term). A 300HP turbo model would probably cost at least $39,999, imo.
With the Genesis 2.0T available for $24,899 (and as low as $19,999 with discounts), and the 300HP V6 Mustang available at $22,999, where's the market for this thing? Both the Genesis and Mustang seem to offer much better value...
At the top end, the V6 Genesis is $33k, and the Mustang GT is $38,699.
Toyota/Scion will have to be a lot more aggressive on price than the guesses we're seeing if they expect to compete.
