Old Jag convertible...one itch I won't have to scratch again.

Its called a FT-S now apparently so Autobog said today .
Under the Scion name instead of Toyota . I've been following this thing, one thing I'm concerned with is the steering might be "too" direct for my liking, I hate having an oversensitive steering wheel . Sneeze and you change off line ala Mini Cooper like, time will tell . It will certainly be a looker and a great handling well balanced car for the enthusiasts, car and driver as one, designed with drifting in mind . The perfect sized sportscar imo .

You know I wish it was coming as a Toyota and not a Scion. But ok. I wonder if Toyota will be pushing more sporting pretensions on Scion with the launch of this. The funky vehicles are cool but maybe Toyota can amp it up a notch and make these actually fun to drive... a bit more Mazda like.

Let's hope the styling is a bit better than the Toyota version, it looks too busy IMHO.

Does any one thow how much this car will weigh? Horsepower is not as important as weight to me.  This car would rock if it was under 3000lb with 200-220hp.

From what I understand, it will be the FT-86 II with a Scion badge  :-\
