Talk about timing!!!!!

This morning there was water on the floor by the toilet
Looks like the seal got screwed up
The amazing part was on Wednesday I bought a new toilet from Costco and was going instead today anyway
So now the new toilet on, a one piece is much easier to install, took less then one hour to install

Ya gotta love a store where you can get photos developed, buy 2 dozen black socks in a pack, pick up a utility trailer, buy 5 pounds of cashew nuts and get your propane tank filled  ;) ;D
