Wow, just wow.

i understand one lady was killed when she got out of her car and was struck, not as a direct result of the accident. But it could have been much, much worse.

Yeah, I saw that Friday. Look at the car infront of the video camera car. A chunk of concrete slams into it's windshield.

The camera car also broke the windshield, a crack appears on the right side as he's swerving.
