The sad part is with a good lawyer she'll prolly win the case. We need to have [insert legal term] when the defense can claim that the plaintiff did not obey the Darwin's law of natural selection and thus have the judge throw the case out.  8)

I think the problem is that they were filming a security camera

Yea, you're right.  But what's even worse, is she's likely to have a captive audience.  I mean..how can a show like Jersey Shore be so popular??

I saw this earlier in the week... I laughed (who didn't) :) But I never figured that a lawsuit would be next. She was caught being hilariously stupid and she should laugh and learn her lesson. But no... it's someone else's fault! Brilliant :)

Whats really sad is these people often get money for things that are their own fault . (mcdonalds lady who spills hot coffee on herself )
In this case the guy who owns the mall whatever might say to himself cheaper to cough up $ 25,000 to shut her up than pay $ 50,000 defending his case in court (Heraldo just said that)

"HERALDO" is worse than that woman; another -ve force on humanity.......USA still has these "ambulance chaser" Laws...look wot it did for John Edwards...........Multi Millions fer a douchebag......Lotsa ADS fer these low life lawyers on TV...'cos they get 40% from  many a joke lawsuit..that their Judiciary allows.................lose 9 out of ten cases then BINGO...A Million fer a doubtful one and your good to go again..............wot a system......NO WONDER THEIR BAR ASSOCIATIONS give MILLIONS to the POLITICIANS (Half of whom are also Lawyers) where is that conflict of intrest thingy  OH Fack Dat Jack........ :'( :'( :'(
