Haha, just me showing my excitement.  I've done a little research on Dinan packages and BMW Performance.  This is a fantastic deal!

I'm debating getting it in the future.  My 135i will be 3 years old spring 2011...maybe spring 2012 to keep me happy until I can jump into something new with 4 doors for the growing family.

The Dinan is...
Doesn't Dinan gear have to be installed by one of their "licenced" install places or a BMW dealer to be under the BMW Warranty?

Yes. Same for BMW Performance goodies.  BMW Waterloo does them both...and they are both uber expensive.  My warranty will be up in 2012 so I'd go with Cobb AP.  The BMW Performance intake and exhaust are very tempting though.  Gains aren't as significant but the sounds....ooooooh the sounds!

Maybe Dinan is a better bet?

I was never that happy with Cobb's off the shelf maps.

It seemed the car was smoother and happier after I uninstalled everything.

Shoulda got a pro-tune I guess.

Dave, haven't you already had problems with that engine?  Stressing it further doesn't sound wise to me.  ;)  You're always complaining about the crappy loaner cars you've got from that dealership.  And let's not forget your brother's 335 engine woes...  yikes.

I might be down on power, but I'm high on reliability!   :P
