No employees club as far as I know. The students and faculty get most of the attention :) Still there may be some things... but I'm temporary so it doesn't solve my problem long term.

Sports & Social Club... didn't know about it but thanks for the link. I like playing sports, I like the fun aspect rather than insane competition...this sounds good to me. I'm going to find out more! Thanks!

Not sure if you like golf..but there's always someone looking for a playing partner or someone to fill out a foursome...
Golf has never been my thing... miniputt with friends sure but not real golf. I'll get to it when I settle down a bit more. I'm too impulsive for golf I think :)

My friends pretty much all come from my various outdoor pursuits.  I met many of them at a climbing club, and in the mountains.  I also belong to a few climbing forums, and met good (and bad) partners there too.

I run most mornings, and see the Running Room people out occasionally.  If I were a single guy, I'd join that group!

I would agree with John about the Running Room Club however, over time it gets to be a bit incestuous. Same for your local triathlon groups.

Do you realize that in about 30 (updated as requested) years, we'll have millions of old ladies running around with tattoos?

I did :) Sadly for my dating prospects that means meeting mostly middle aged women, which I have absolutely nothing against, but not good for my dating prospects. I think I live in the wrong place. There's maybe 4-5 people out of the 60 or so that meet twice a week that are close to my age.

You're right, running is taken up by the middle age group. How old are you, 20 something?
If you're scouting for 20 somethings then try "ultimate". Not sure how popular this game is in your area but in the Ottawa area for instance this is hugely popular and with that age group and is co-ed. Usually there's drinking afterwards as well. ;D

Ultimate is a good suggestion.   In the GTA, there is Toronto Ultimate Club, tuc.org.   They're pretty hard core.  They have mens, womens and co-ed leagues.  You'd probably want to join co-ed.  Great way to get in shape.  :)

I love Ultimate but I haven't played in a long time.  Maybe have to look at that.

Yeah I'm a late 20 something... I'm 28 officially but most people take me for early 20s for some reason. Not sure if that's really doing me any favours but whatever.

Volleyball sounds like another good one.

Loved my college intramural volleyball days even though we lost so many games. The gym had a side door that opened into the pub.   :P    I was also one of 2 guys on my team.  ;D
