 What is it with people living down there? Every year it's the same story, it's like no one on the West Coast has ever seen snow or ice before. A 19-year-old girl got herself killed for no other reason that she didn't have winter tires on her vehicle and lost control of it. Very sad and totally preventable.  :'(
