Topic: What Is The Most Popular New Car In Your Area?

I am not sure about other parts of the Country, but I am seeing an absolute ton of new Fusions on the roads here in southern NB.  Are they popular in other parts of the Country as well, and if not, what is?

The most popular car in Toronto must be the 3 Series, closely followed by the Civic, Corolla, Mazda3 and C-Class.

VW Jetta and Golf are two new cars I see a lot. Also seeing a lot more Mazda 3s, I guess the smile is no longer a deterrence.

Basically. Although when you move up to Markham you start seeing a lot more Lexus.

I'd say 3 Series around here as well.

For the last little while I can hardly turn my head without seeing either Nissan Altima's or Mazda3's.   Before that it was Acura MDX's and M-B C-class.

Full size extended and double cab pickups. F150, Ram, Tundra, GM.

The pickup 'price wars'  of the last year plus gas prices coming down has really sold a lot of big iron around here.

Cars and SUV's are really a mish mash with the fall of GM/Chrysler and the rise of Toyota/Hyundai/Kia.

I know it's not a car, but around here the new Ram 2500-3500s are very popular and probably make up the biggest % of new vehicles.  Lots of former Ford Super Duty owners now in the big Dodge's.

I've been amazed by the number of Hyundai Elantra Tourings I see in Ottawa.  Most are a base model with the steelies.

Also, I'd say 80% of the new golfs that I see are the Golf Wagon TDI.

I just moved into in 'Olde Oakville' and there are a lot of Mazda 3's, Toyota Matrix's, 3-Series and Lexus eveything

That's correct Brigtte, was talking about NEW model cars only.  New Regal, new Sonata, new Jetta, etc.  From what I've seen the new Fusion is certainly a big seller here in southern NB.

New Models, I see a lot of the Genesis Coupe around my area for how many are actally sold.  Mostly the 2.0T
