Topic: Memorable Car Review Descriptions & Quotes

Was out shopping around last week looking for the Season 13 Top Gear DVD box set.  They didn't have it in yet, but I did find Season 11 and 12, which I picked up.  I have downloaded a few episodes of various seasons, but I like having discs in hand, as downloading them is a PITA in my experience.

Anyway,  watching Season 11 - the Race Across Japan episode - Clarkson came out with this gem while driving the GT-R:

"I just wish that at road speeds it would occasionally put its hand down the front of my trousers and have a little rummage!"

That one had tears running down my face for a good 5 minutes.


So, what are some memorable descriptions or quotes you have seen or heard?

One that sticks with me is from a Yugo review by Car and Driver:

That' a great quote from Clarkson!  One that sticks in my mind is from this season's Top Gear.  It's the episode where they had the Quattroporte GTS, the Rapide, and the Panamera.  I love this line about the Maserati:

"Owning this car is like owning a 2 year old child.  It's really annoying a lot of the time.  But if someone tries to take it away from you, you'll kill him!"

"He tried to use-a my brakes to stop-a his car".

Another good one I recall.. I think this was about 10 years ago - Car & Driver's Brock Yates:
