I'm in Vancouver this week and am amazed at how many people run the red light. Actually, no. They don't *run* the light, they coast through the intersections downtown even after the light has been full red for a second or more, completely oblivious to the colour of the light. It's so bad that almost to a person, pedestrians wait a couple of seconds at every light before they step into the intersection even if they're not specifically looking both ways, probably they are so used to people running the light.
So, what city in Canada has the best (worst) rep for running lights in downtown intersections? To make this quasi scientific, please vote only if you have personally experienced downtown traffic in all the cities listed.
