Check out some of the concept cars that Hyundai never put into production.  Some of them are downright scarry!

Yikes.

Some of the models show design cues that have made it into the current lineup while others show a lot of promise.  :bow2:

HOWEVER...
Models 3, 7 and 11 are just weird, awful or both. :hurl: :run: :shake:
When I saw #18, I thought I was looking at a Mercedes for a few seconds, while #24 screamed Subaru rally car to me.

I remember seeing the Acura concept car that would ultimate become the new TL and thinking nah, they'll never actually build anything nearly that ugly....

Here's hoping Hyundai applies some sane oversight of the creative excesses of some designers.

Homage to AMC ?

Methinks if AMC was still alive and making Pacers this is what a 2010 would look like:

Ahh it's just the equivalent of some designers doodling away.  Sometimes you don't know how good or bad it will look till it starts to come together and then it either looks great or it's a total disaster.

Some of those cars made me think the Sonata looks actually pretty good.

A few remarks:

Ford Thunderbird, what they've done to you?

FJ Cruiser, let me present you your younger brother.

A facelift of the Plymouth Prowler (I like the original better).
