My favourite would have to be the Neon (or something) I saw with a faux second exhaust tip added to the back of the car.  The cutout in the rear skirt was a beauty, too.

How about the stickers on ricer cars such as "HKS, Mugen, Razo, Neuspeed" etc. to make it "appear" they actually have that equipment in their car or have sponsors from those companies. Or the infamous "Powered by Honda" on a Honda, yes, we know it's a Honda, couldn't be powered by a Ford could it? I guess it's to avoid confusion.
