I'm guessing here but if the bike path between NOTL and NF is snow covered, you could use that. There might also be sections of the Bruce Trail but I don't know how that section is.

I haven't been able to find anything online yet.
I had thought of the bike trail. Maybe we'll do a winery tour on skiis  ;D

If there is enough snow, it might work.  Hopefully she won't be buying too many bottles.  My SO and I did the winery tour on our bicycles.   Guess who got to carry the wine bottles back to Toronto.  :(
