The great thing about vodka brands (like cars and stuff) is that different folk can prefer different ones, for all kinds of reasons. Unless you are drinking some of the Alberta-made vodka (made from old tires I presume), most Russian and Polish vodkas are relatively decent. Everyone has their own favorites.

MrT, I love grey goose too but did you know that in blind taste tests, Smirnoff wins consistently, over all "high-end" brands? Who knew? Just thought I would mention it, sorry.
I did not know that.  Interesting. ;) IIRC, Grey Goose is Snowy's fave.

Maybe, but the two Russian vodkas (Moskovshaya and the red label one, Stolichnaya) are better than either of the two mentioned.

(Edit to fix spelling).

Ah Stoli.  My favourite vodka.  Used to keep a bottle in the freezer for those who appreciated such things.  I'd pour shots for them and me and down the hatch in one go. ;D

:iagree: my fave too!
