The 20" are P245/50R20 Michelin Latitude Tour HP. Tire Trends has them for only $272.95 + tax ($1233.73 incl HST) and installation. :shake:

I paid almost exactly that for the alloy wheels and tires for my Fit.

I assume you are referring to the tires on your Intrigue, Greg. They are the same diameter as my Fit.

His statement is correct, Greg.  I know the Intrigue came with 16" wheels because we nearly bought a set to use a winter spares for the Alero.  The Honda Fit Sport also came with 16" wheels....
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Fit: 185/55R16
Intrepid: 225/60R16

Seems a bit silly on the Fit, but it's the style these days.

The 08 Fit Sport came only with 15 inch alloys. H.O. has  an 08 DX or LX  Fit they only came with 14 inch . He purchased aftermarket rims and tires.I think you are using the wheel sizes for the 09 Fits. Not sure where this is all going in relation to the Venza. Must be another shoot out at the ok corral starring Honda Owner and Greg.B. :P

The stock tire on the '08 LX and DX is 175-65R-14.

The sport has 195-55R-15.

I have aftermarket rims since the stock tires are junk. I kept the same size as the sport.

Thats not the waaay out of the ballpark like I was expecting it to be.  The large tires and replacement costs are one of the few downsides I can see to the Venza right now.

The drive seat is also excellent

leather
???
it was cloth, the wife said it would have to be leather

I asked because there is significant difference in feel.  Still, both are first rate.

Many ppl will not realize that lumbar support is also in the cloth seat.

Can you elaborate on the differences?  I sat in the floor model with leather and the seats were really nice, but if I were to purchase one, it would be the V6 AWD Premium w/ cloth seats.  Hopefully they are equally as comfortable?

You mean 14 not 15 correct?

Yes, the wheels do look over sized
and it looks like 16 could fit over the brakes
Which for the the winter would be nice, more rubber to bounce off the pot holes

I doubt you could go down to 16 inchers.  If the stock tire size for the V6 is 245/50/20, then going down "minus 2" would be 225/70/18.  I think you maybe be able to get down to 17's, but that's about it due to tire sizes.  But, I could be wrong.

It is expensive to replace them, but if you get winters (as I would) then that would in theory double the life of the stock tires.

Good to hear that the cloth seats are good.  Leather is nice, but not a fan of the "burn you leg" summer and "freeze your butt" winters that go along with them (I know, seat heaters help for the latter instance).

As for power seats, I'd only want them if there was a memory setting, which for the Venza, I don't believe is the case.  IMO, that's the only benefit to power seats.

On Motoring TV today they mentioned the camera that automatically turns your high beams off and then back on. How reliable is this?  What if it sees a bright street light or something like that?
