How many TVs do you have?

I counted the number of TVs in my house, and was suprised that I have a more than I need. 5 in total.

The newest is a 20" LCD in the bedroom, and a 60" read projection from 4 years ago. The rest are CRTs. A 20" in the kitchen cabinet, 27" in the living room (from my dad when he upgraded a few back),a 25" from 15 years ago after I finished university. The kitchen one gets used the most, then the big screen, the CRTs I could do without. But cannot sell them, nor would anyone take them off my hands.

Only one. GE 20" CRT which refuses to die after 6 years of use. Only gets used for about 2-3 hours in a day.

1 19" Toshiba CRT  >10 years old. Due for replacement by a nice new 26" LCD
1 27" Sony Wega crt  2002 vintage   When a 42" 1080P lcd of a well known brand gets down to, say, $799  I'll upgrade maybe..... or when TVO goes HD.

20" or so Sony and 27" something, both CRT. May get a plasma but its hard to justify the "investment". Besides I have a 1080p 16:9 monitor and an upscaling to HD videocard so when it comes to pr0n I'm all set  ;D

One 19" CRT.   I'll probably replace it with something that can handle digital over the air ATSC signals when the stations stop broadcasting analog signals.

Only two here.

1) 61" in the living room
2) 19" in the bedroom *

* Just replaced a 19" CRT with a 19 LCD for the bedroom today. I think the CRT weighs as much as my 61 inch does.

a 50" or so sharp in the living room... that's it.. there's barely anything worth watchin on TV anyways..

4 CRT...

20 inch (I think) Baycrest (over 25 years old from the Bay), used in rec room for regular tv
27 inch JVC, TV tuner broken, used for N64/video games in rec room
32 inch Sony, main tv, living room
13 inch Sharp, bedroom tv

Four - den/computer room, home theater, living room, and my parents have on in their bedroom.

Only one at school, since we don't have cable.  I mostly download TV shows and watch them on my computer, so call that a TV if you like...  ;)

We have three, an older 24" Toshiba flat-screen CRT, a 32" Toshiba HD LCD that we got in '06 and a 42" Sony Wega HD LCD from last year. The Wega is in the basement and it's hooked up to a 7.1 Dolby Digital surround system, great TV. We use it mostly to watch HD movies on StarChoice. When BluRay players come down in price a bit more, I'll get one of them.

At new house, two only. A 32" JVC LCD in wife's "room" and a 52" Sharp Aquos LCD in entertainment room.

I had one in my bedroom growing up since I didn't like watching the same shows my sister watched.  We had a two bedroom apartment, no other room to put it in.
