trouble is.... to have seen this when it happened one would have had to watch Fox News.   That would cause ones brain to liquefy and run out of ones nose and then one would have been incapable of following Schiff's advice.

About 10 years ago, I worked for a Stock Brokerage Firm, and I sub-in for an Oil&Gas Analyst for for weekly news letter send to brokers & clients when he and his assistant take vacations. ... I was the IT person ... Expert advices are like crap shoots sometimes.

Some of my broker friends were bankrupted more than once. After that work experience, hard to trust some of the market experts.

Andrew Lahde also saw the bubble as it was inflating, however, rather than set himself up as a target for derision by the bubble cheerleaders he simply took the other side of their trades. His hedge fund made over 1000% in 2007. A few weeks ago he quit and sent this letter to his investors:
