They just tore the bathroom ceiling out.  One of the demolition guys almost fell down the stairs... when I got close enough to him.  HOLY CRAP.... I'm pretty sure if I lit a match near his mouth he'd breath fire!  Couldn't tell what he'd been drinking though.  As long as it's not an electrician or plumber or carpenter drinking!

But tell the contractor you will not have tolerate alcohole on the jobsite, I would add in no smoking in your house

It was a demolition guy so I cut him some slack.  But if I smell it on them when they are doing reconstruction.... They'll be given their pink slip.  I don't think the demolition guy will be back.  I'm NOT amused.....  They know that smoking is not tolerated indoors.
