Rule No 1 of prognostication:

Always predict that something vague and ill-defined is going to happen.  That way, you have lots of wiggle room when you claim to be right!

Well I was just buzzed by a pair of CF-18s, full burner, break turned and headed the other way.  Lost them in the trees and didn't get a full look but that was a pretty good glimpse.

That was big enough for me today :D

I though there was something wrong with my car for a moment when they went screeching past.

Good LHC is off. If you go by the Bible the end is described as a fairly messed up sequence of events, which can hardy be achieved by nukes alone.
