How Many Litres of Fuel do You Use Per Year?

Similar to the "How Many KM" thread, I was thinking it would be interested to see how much gas we use per year.

I drive 30,000 km/year with an average consumption of 8.5L/100 km giving a total of 2550 L.

For our personal usage, it is about 3200~3500 Liters the pass 12 months.

2227.204L over 20,216.4Kms during 25 months of ownership or about 1069.1L per year. Give or take  ;)

Yes, its horrible driving in the city most of the time. Yesterday, I spent a bit over an hour trying to get across town in stop n go traffic, construction zones, single lane roads. Its very efficient when this car gets out of town.

8.5L/100km * 34000km / 30mo * 12mo/yr = 1156L/yr

do about 12K in the TL and it averages 12L/100KM based on the trip computer, so a 1,440L based on the way I drive.

Just guess-timating...Did about 32000km in the first year, around 8.9 L / 100km. So 2848 litres. :o

Multiply by an average of say 1.25 a litre and I paid $3560 for gas last year. :( And today I gassed it up at 1.45 or so for 91.

Much less this year. :) But that just means less money to Exxon and more to the insurance cos. :-\
