I'm sure there are people out there that already have it and haven't been diagnosed yet. Also, not only fat people get type 1 either. But I'm sure you already knew that.  :-\

Ya boss.  :D  Wife landed the top FED job for five years back in the 80's for Canadian Diabetic Youth.  Dream job it was and since it was mostly travel and partying with the youth I was right in there and by default became fairly knowledgeable because all the participants were diabetic.  My main task was to see that the "youth" didn't drink too much and here me being not that much older than they and a major boozer.  :rofl:  I was good times and it was a no questions asked budget.  Those were Mulroney Bucks back then.  :)
