I appreciate some of the perspective on my 'fish' story.

I was a little hot headed becuase I only saw them as 'feeder fish' and had two upset kiddies with me.  I can only imagine now what was said about me after I left.

:rofl2:  One of the guys at work was telling me about a customer we had recently.  He flipped out at our staff, with his kids watching, nearly ended up calling the police.  Apparently he and his wife split up, and the ex-wife is suing for sole custody of the children.  Our guy was asked to give a statement regarding the guy's actions in our store...  not the first time this guy has flipped out, either.   :o

I always assumed I was talking with a Bell representative at a call centre somewhere in the GTA but they are actually in India?  That's wild.

My wife called Bell's customer service yesterday. The neighbours had a problem with their line on saturday and an engineer fixed it. Strangely, our line stopped immediately after he fixed it. So we made the obligatory call to "Bell India"   ;D. After a rather heated discussion ("it's your line that's not working, not our answering machine"!), the women at "Bell India" said "someone from customer service will call you back".

Hang on.....

Still waiting for the call. ::)

Don't hold your breath.  I called Bell Sympatico with a problem, they said they'd look into and get to me in about 30 minutes.  That was back in September...

Suffice to say, I switched to Primus and never looked back.
