Went to Home Depot yesterday and saw both a 124 Spider and a Solstice in the parking lot, both with tops down. It was 23° yesterday which is insane for November.

Saw a 930 Turbo in Guards Red while in we were in Fredericton on Saturday.  At least I'm fairly certain it was a 930.  I was talking with someone when it drove by, so I didn't get a detailed look.

Saw a minty white Oldmobile Chevy Beretta yesterday.

Fixed.  If it was an Olds wouldn't it be a Cutlass?

That was a hot car back in high school, especially that "special" 16 valve version!
I love it when a plan comes together.

Dunno if I've seen that one but there used to be a Guards Red 911 SC with the whale tail in town. Not sure if it's still around.

I also saw a silver 997 Turbo cabriolet this weekend.

Yep, Car & Driver went so far as to call it the poor mans BMW M3. Never had a Beretta GTZ with that engine, but had a Grand Am GT with it. Sounded like a blender full of nails but it packed some pretty good jam.

That's likely what it was then.  I got a little presumptuous when I saw the whale tail.  ;D

Strangely enough the 930 is the only 911 I've ever driven but that was a long time ago.

Saw this cool Dover truck yesterday.  Never knew these even existed but apparently they were owned by Hudson.  This one was pristine!

Nice! Did you go into that bakery? Last time we were in St. Andrews it wasn't open yet but it looks like a great spot. Apparently owned by the couple that owns the "Pansy Patch" which is my favourite house in the town.

The owner gave us a tour of the bakery last year when it was still under construction.  It's the old Masonic Lodge building and a really cool place.  There's a concert hall upstairs.  Lots of delays getting it opened, partly due to supply issues and getting staff, but mostly because the owner is so damn detail oriented and has to have everything just right before he finally opens.  He wasn't there yesterday so we didn't get a chance to ask him about it.

The owners are also building a new home just outside the Town limits.  A lot different than the Pansy Patch house as it's a really modern design and cantilevers off a cliff edge on a really steep lot.. We were visiting a couple yesterday that live a few houses away and it's quite a place with an incredible view!  :o  We assumed they were going to sell the Pansy Patch home but nope, the new place is just a getaway from the hustle and bustle of St Andrews...lol  Eccentric people for sure!  ;D

Amazing condition.

Did you get a picture of the bed?  It almost looks like there is seating back there.

No shots of the bed but it was hardwood planking.  I'll get a shot for you next time.  ;D  Took a few shots of the interior but too much reflection.  The guages, door handles, and window cranks were incredibly detailed and reminded me of my parents old silverware.  There's a concrete pad inside the courtyard specifically set up for displaying their rare 1920s era Oldsmobile.  It was there last time but must have gone back to storage.

So I walked down to watch the Brockville Santa Claus parade this evng, and two of the floats were local beater stock cars on trailers decked out in Christmas lights. Fair enough for small town Canadiana, but later in the parade this came by, and for some reason I thought of this forum.
