Ouch, that hits close to home. I've driven mine on Shannonville a few times.

Old Rich dude at the lake...also has a new C8 in bright yellow (and one of them Moomba boats and who knows what else) but he must've been driving it around.  Would've liked to go for a rip in this one actually...much as a new C8 looks cool IRL.

Never liked these, but I do like this one.

^^ Odd to think these are considered Gen-1 Mustangs, same as the original 1964.5 car underneath all that early '70s flab. Growing up in a blue collar part of town, I remember these Mustangs getting so jacked-up that the rear window was nearly horizontal.

I can't imagine you can see much out of it at stock height...downshift and hope for the best.

I like those early 70's Mustangs - rare I say more than the early 1st gens. These just seem more substantial and aggressive looking.

There was a green '73 Mach 1 siting in a driveway in my neighborhood forever, I remember seeing it as a little kid and watching it deteriorate. In highschool I learned that a girl I went to school with lived in that house, so I bugged her about it and she invited me to come look at it.....At that point it had been outside for 30+ years and the underbody was gone, suspension had come through the body, etc. Just sad. They moved and it disappeared finally, I imagine it went right to the scrap yard.

Mid-'60s "Squarebird" coupe, '68 Mustang GT fastback, a time-travel jacked-up Dodge Dart on Cragar S/S wheels and a Catalina surviror. The classics were out in force! Local car show I can walk to takes place next weekend  :)

Some interesting cars spotted this weekend in Fredericton that I don't normally see:
- yellow Lambo Urus in my neighborhood
- Aston Martin V8 Vantage with Alberta plates around the corner from me
- droptop Hummer H1

C8 at our local dragstrip.  Dialled in at 12.00, ran 11.87 @ 117 and was done in Rd 1.

I neglected to take a photo (there was film crew shooting the car), but there was a red M1 in the showroom at BMW Moncton today.  For the 50th anniversary of M event tomorrow.  My colleague's fully restored E36 M3 was also there, amongst many other interesting car.  Also saw (and heard...wow) a black E38 M5 with modern wheels...LOVED that one.

Damn, tempted to head down to Moncton tomorrow as I really want to see that M1.

Very nice!  That dealer seems to get a hold of some really nice cars.  I missed out on a R129 Mercedes that they had in store a couple of months ago.  Friend of mine was there bringing his vehicle in for service when they brought it in the showroom and called me right away to tell me.  I missed out by a few hours.  The thing was mint!

The M1 and both E36 M3 are customer cars on loan.  But yes, they do often have meat for sale, for sure!

I remember that Benz, it was very tempting. Super mint and well priced too.
