Oddly enough, the Aztek has actually aged quite well.

Or was it (too much) in advance of his time?  ;D
I'm thinking so.

Been watching Breaking bad', and thinking that Walter White's Aztec actually looks quite good.  It's even in a sand colour like is popular now on vehicles.

Not too many 8th generation Ford Thunderbirds around anymore. These were only sold from 1980-1982.

Did you leave an offer to purchase under the wiper?

I think that one was for same not too long ago. Super low kms on it for fairly cheap. With teenagers in the house I can't really buy anything more unless the Mustang goes and it becomes the teenager car. Even my kids would not think that is cool. I like it but not enough to buy.

Saw a guy in an Aston Martin DBX sitting in traffic the other day.  I passed him in the other lane with my cheap Civic.

My second thought after seeing it (first thought was, OH, Cool, an Aston Martin SUV), was that I would feel super awkward driving around in a $200 000+ Aston Martin CUV in Winnipeg, sitting in the same traffic as everybody else with their Ford Escapes, Toyota Rav4's, and Honda Civics.  Seems ostentatious just for the sake of being ostentatious.

Coworker had one and it was a good car for her.  Traded it in on an Optima a few years ago.

Because it's the upper level above the Sonata!

Way back in the late '90s and aughts, when we were in our first house, a retired couple in a bungalow not far from us had a compact Class A motorhome and an XG350. Had a classy look to it, very Korean Cadillac, but a bit retro, like the curves on the Seraph.

These fox-body T-Birds could be optioned up into something special, with the V8, TRX wheels / tires and factory-installed Recaro buckets! But only odd-colored "aunty" specials seem to have survived.

The XG was certainly much more attractive than the Kia Amanti. Remember those?

Yup. In French, Kia Amenti = Kia Has Lied. Did not do well in QC.

About a week after I bought the Renault Clio from the US Ambassador's secretary in Belgrade, a departing diplomat at one of the Middle Eastern embassies was selling one of those for only €500 more than I paid for the Clio.
