This was outside the shop that did my Nissan inspection.

Trying to find my car in a German car park : "Euh bon, trouve la Peugeot 308.......c'est là."

Trying to find my car in a French car park : "Alors, trouve la 308.......oh putain......" *looks at a sea of Renault and Peugeot hatchbacks, citadines, and minivans*   :P

I know, I have it (MyPeugeot), but that's best when I forget what street I parked on, versus which specific allée at the equivalent of Costco.

The fact it's red only slightly helps, because the french also buy interesting colours other than black/gray/silver/white.

I saw a new 1er (sharing the same face as the future 2er) at the hardware store today, without the fancy wheels and paint you usually see in press photos. Just a pedestrian, fairly basis 1er, white paint (still a 250 € option here) and 16" wheels.

My gawd it's ugly. I vomited a bit in my mouth.

I really like some of the new blue colours that are out now. Both MB and Porsche also have nice shades of blue.

Saw that in Rothesay a couple years ago when I first got my Clubman, the owner gave me a big wave.

The Sparco racing seat was an interesting addition as well.  It looked gigantic in that thing with just a few inches to spare between the top of the seat and the roof.

On the way to Saratoga Thursday evening: auto-transporter tractor trailer jack-knifed across the north-bound lanes of I87.  On the way home this morning (spent the night in Montréal due to crap weather and road conditions that began  about 50 miles south of Plattsburgh): a tractor trailer jack-knifed in a ditch on the east-bound side of highway 40 near Hudson.
I'd rather be car-poor than house-poor...

Saw the new Escape, like this one:

I thought they borrowed something from Mazda 3 of the past generations, for better or for worse...

Personally I find the new Corsair to be a MUCH better looking ute, likely one of the best designs ever in this segment:

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

Walked by a house that I've always thought was very nice and saw they had a new car. They've got a newish Boxster and a few years back had a very clean W124 Mercedes that was replaced by a Highlander. Now the Highlander has been replaced by a brand new V60. What a nice looking car that is. I really think the S60/V60 are amongst the best looking cars on the road today.

I think that the S/V 60 and 90 are the most elegant looking cars on the market today.

I agree. It is too bad they are draped around a marginal chassis, industrial engine and  ridiculous touchscreen controls.

I agree the 60 series are lookers.  Even the XC60 looks nice.  We have friends that bought a new XC60 T6 Inscription last year and it looks great.

A few weeks ago I my wife and I were walking around downtown SJ looking at houses and I noticed this place with a new S63 AMG parked in the driveway.  On the way back I saw a brand new S-Class Cabrio pull into the far right garage.  I would love to see what's behind the other garage door.  ;D

I recognize that house. Older Street View shows a CLS AMG in the driveway.
