What appears to be a brand new Impreza burning up

I was going to go to work, but then I got high
I was going to do my job, but then I got high
I got :censor: canned again, and I know why
Because I got high, because I got high, because I got high

Saw an older VW Touareg parked in Strasbourg without a front plate. Then also noted the orange headlight reflector. Had a Florida licence plate belonging to the US Air Force.

Didn't matter. Parking enforcement had left a ticket on the windscreen.  :rofl2:

For not having a front plate?
Parking infraction.

Yes, in France the tendency is not to pay for parking. I also tend to ignore it for short periods.

But if you just leave your car for days, chances are high you'll get a nice orange envelope "Document Ci-dessous". Except Marseille; there anything goes.  :P

Chevy Astro van with the "Dutch Door" option; the top portion of the tailgate opens up, like the rear of a minivan. The lower halves of the door swing out in opposite directions.

^^ always liked those vans. My Wifes parents had a 94 Astro LT Touring, they'd let her take it out occasionally while we were dating. That little van moved pretty good, it was also AWD and would get through snow with ease.

As a habit and somewhat political thing, I usually take a short pause at the McDo next to the US Air Force base in Landshut.

For me it's always funny seeing a bunch of imported US vehicles frequenting there and the autobahn to Kaiserslautern (un-pronouncable, I know).

I call it petit America in Germany  ;D

Someone in the building has a Mitsubishi iMEV.

Of the electric cars, that's the one I see the least.

We've got 120V plugs at each parking spot. I'm assuming there.

Not unpronounceable at all! Helps that my parents used to live in the area though, haha.

Takes me time to download my pics...and this isn't new thread worthy, but saw this last weekend in the Army Surplus in Wpg.  I think it's actually pretty cool, the center two for sure.  Old shells from WW1 that some soldier(s) turned into art while in the trenches...so they say.

I could see someone paying $325 for those easily enough...suitably impressed was I.  The two on the end though... :P not so much.

This kind of stuff is easy to find in the old market area (Baščaršija) of Sarajevo.

those shells are super cool, held some while working with the CWM this summer. Plentiful but quality varies greatly.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Saw a BMW X5 M50d. Powered by a bonkers 6-cyl diesel making 400 horses and whopping 760 Nm of torque. Cuz the germans can  :rofl2:
