The near one is a Sunbeam Tiger which is too far gone, the far one is an Alpine which is going to be made into the Tiger.

Apparently if it's all done properly and documented the Sunbeam people will consider it a Tiger, as the originals were also converted Alpines.

They even have to do crappy welds just like the original conversions.

^^You sure about that? That back red car is not an Sunbeam Alpine (from what I can tell)

I don't recall Alpines (or Tigers) having those vent holes in the hood like the red car in the back...also, the front of the Alpine hood droops down to just a sliver where it meets the front end..

Or is that some trim piece missing I don't see?? Hood latches? Something?? (I've never seen a stripped Sunbeam)
