Buick Wildcat.  Similar to this one, only in brown:

I had a 68 Wildcat! Money was too tight at the time to get into a restoration. It had sat in a field for too long and the chassis, rocker panels were worse for it. I never kept it very long

I'd like to get another one, but prices are creeping up.

Looks all original and in near brand new shape. Obviously someone spent top rouble for such restoration. I personally hate Volgas because every taxi I've been in as a kid reeked of gasoline and made me  :hurl:

strange, I chatted with a really nice guy on Saturday at the same show in front of my Alfa 155....  ;D
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

I've read bad things about how they drive. On another forum I'm on a guy had one alongside some other pretty serious exotics and he hated it.

Really. Can you elaborate. While a hybrid would not be my choice for a sports car I had thought all things considered this was pretty good?

Unfortunately I don't remember the details, just that he was completely unimpressed with it.

Well, I was pretty impressed. Never felt so much in control over snow & ice than with the i8, the very low center of gravity helping here. Yes, it would lose to any Ferrari on a racetrack, but it would eat it alive at -20 during a snow storm.

Not seen ‘live’ by me, but a buddy of mine just posted a pic of his ‘88 Bonneville SE on FB.  He’s owned it since new.  Hard to believe that it’s 30 years old, and that cars like these are now classics.

Didn’t know where else to put this, this is good as any I guess. My parents ‘94 Roadmaster which has 350,000+km was due to be retired (starting to rust pretty badly), so my Dad was keeping his eye open for another car.  He came home with this a couple weeks ago, another ‘94 Roadmaster. I felt he should have looked for something more modern, but he knows these cars very well and my Mom is very happy with it, so that’s what matters. It has 57,000km and drives like new. Just noticed how crappy the pic is, must have been a foggy lens.

Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Passed two pickups with empty car trailers with Florida plates...and big decals on the doors that said ‘Great Race 2018’. And then a Support Vehicle.

Dammit, if I’d been about an hour earlier, I probably could have seen the cars on their way to Moncton, but I missed it.

I made it down to Rothesay to watch the start.  There was some pretty awesome iron ther for sure.  I didn't stick around for all of it though.  Took some nice shots and will try to post some later.

Nicest thing I saw so far this weekend was a red 67 Vette convertible first thing this morning on the way to Fredericton. One of my favorite cars.
