I think that is a 67 or 68. The 69 had body coloured headlight bezels. What engine is in it? My boss (way back in the early seventies) owned a 67 convertible with the 326 V-8. The other engines were a SOHC inline six, and the 400 CI V-8. The SOHC inline six was revolutionary at the time.

^Youre right, bezel was also a different shape. FIL knows his cars, so either it’s not original or he slipped with the year. It’s got a 400.

That's a '68. Those are one of my favourite cars.

No pics, but a modded Nissan cube - painted a nice shade of flat green, with flat gold door handles, a suspension drop, BBS-style wheels (gold mesh with chrome rims) and a custom exhaust that nearly touched the ground. It actually looked good for what it is, and it had a stick.

Finally spotted the "orange low thing with crazy doors" that my wife reported to see aty a house in our 'hood. It's a McLaren
