I don't think this commercial is targeted at men. More likely it's targeted at women, who can relate to being late (or in a rush) and in need of a quick, healthy (
) meal.
It's been my experience that women often get ready (put on make-up, do their hair, etc) in their bra. You don't get make-up, hair 'stuff', etc. on your clothes, then you put on your top right before you walk out the door.
I really don't think the woman is supposed to be 'sexy' or 'alluring'.
