Cambridge - London - Cruise @ 119 and AC on = 5.5 L/100 (door to door)
Return = 5.7 L/100
Very nice.  Got to love that mileage on regular.

And @ 119.  :o

Meant to post this earlier; the family and I did a round trip to Osoyoos BC in the MDX this past July.  2950km total, with an average fuel economy of 9.0L/100km for the full trip.  Lots of mountain passes, slow curves.  Such a beautiful drive.  Second time we've done this one.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

That is way better than the Ridgeline. I am somewhere around 12-13L/100km

I love the drive from Vernon to Osoyoos. I find from pechland to penticton my favourite. I’ll never tire of driving here.

Last fill-up at or above the speed limit with the A/C on:

705 kms and 55.1 liters mostly on single lane and dual lane highways, with some city thrown in. So 7.8 l / 100 km.
Damn good for a 2nd gen 2017 Acura RDX and a heck of a lot better than the best in my 1st gen 1999 Honda CR-V.

New record low of 4.4 L/100

Disclosure: Easy drive @ 90 kph that ends at a lower elevation than started (Cambridge - Dundas). Low winds but thanks to the high humidity the AC was on. Mostly green lights leaving the city. Yeah.

Wow. Who needs a hybrid, or a tiny turbo grenade.

Things have improved a lot over the near 20 yr old 1.8 Toyota engine I drive

Sometimes I turn on the fuel economy graph which shows minute by minute usage. Amazing when you have to go through a round-a-bout you can get a spike. Next time I'll take a picture of it.

My friend has a 2015 Crosstrek with the 2.0 and he uses approx 1L/100 more than my Corolla does on the same trip. Still impressive especially for higher clearance and AWD.

That’s pretty decent.  So do you like it better than the Civic when factoring price?

Interesting. I was through that area around 5 pm yesterday on my way home from NS. Coincidentally, I was just going to post this:

I’ve always been pretty impressed with the fuel mileage on this vehicle, a 2018 Audi Q7 2.0T. We averaged 8.6 l/100 km over a 1501 km trip to Nova Scotia from Ottawa. The return trip was 9.1 for a 2-way average of 8.85. A bit of a tailwind for parts of the eastbound drive and a bit of a headwind (about 8 km/h) on the return but otherwise ideal conditions. Dry and mostly sunny and temps between 25 and 28C. Cruise set to 120 km/h

I’m interested to see how the 3.0T with the 48V mild hybrid does mileage-wise. We have a 2022 3.0T which will be arriving any day now to replace the 2018.

I once had a Japanese Suzuki Hatchback that is 0.6 ltr turbo charged with MT. that little dude gives me a whooping 45Hp and a fuel consumption of 50Mpg or 21.5km/l in Japanese term. I was impressed from that thing.

10.5L/100km on a road trip to Minneapolis and back, interstate speeds of ~70-75mph for most driving. Surprising for the Acadia that is normally closer to 12L/100km on highway drives. Must've had a good tail wind both ways.

Just drove from Ottawa to Peterborough and back along Hwy 7 and my 6-speed manual 2017 Mazda6 sedan averaged 6.04L/100km vs Mazda Canada's official highway rating of 6.9L/100km. Pretty impressive for a five-year old midsize car with the AC running, also considering that the speed limit on Hwy 7 passes rises/falls between 50 and 80km/h and that driving it involves plenty of overtaking manoeuvers.
