In a world where the dead are returning to life, the word "trouble" loses much of its meaning.

The last time a defending Stanley Cup champion won a playoff series was when the Avalanche did it in 2002, that isn't a good stat.

Was surprised that The Pens got over 50 shots in 3 periods against the Sens. The Sens do have small elapses here and there, but given up many plays like that in an entire game is awful. Game 3 is must win.

Loved how the Flames came back 4-3 after being down 0-3 in the first 3 minutes.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gi5nCd1ZVrw   I'm not sure who I feel more embarassed for, the Senator players or the fans, a truly sad way to start a playoff game

At least Alfredson will have a golf partner, him and Sundin can hang out all summer

No brainer; Ducks. If the league keeps allowing "retired" superstars to come back all nice and rested to the team just in time for the playoffs (Selanne, Niedermeyer), It'll be the Ducks again next year also. :P >:(.
Under Beckmann the Yank, hockey has become as bad as the Olympics.

I am really shocked (but happy) at how badly the ducks played the other night. They didn't look like champions at all...poetic justice... :)

Real poetic justice! Not only the Ducks get annihilated but Niedermeyer gets a heavy fine for skipping training camp! Love it!

Sad that San Jose beat the Flames...nobody in San Jose knows or gives a crap about hockey. :P

At least you know the people in San Jose will not destroy the place ;D

I agree that it sucks that Calgary lost (although I have SJ in my pool, so I'm not that upset), San Jose has great fans, they are as loud as any rink in the league and I would say that they would be in the top 10 fan-bases in the nhl.

Looks like it will be Pittsburgh vs Detroit in the final. Best hockey were in the first round, disappointed at a few teams just faded after wining a series in the previous round.

Have to agree and the way they are playing that will still be a good series. Detroit really surprised me because I didn't realize how good they have been. I'd like to see Sid and the boys take it though - Malkin is amazing.

I like my pick too.   So who has money riding in this?
