I would take the STS to start with but with the 4.4 engine option for my full sized car which is rear wheel drive. Its under the $100.00 range and then I would take the XLR with the same engine again for the over the $100.00 range. That engine puts out 469Hp in stock form to start with. When the new Caddie engine is available it will go up to around 505Hp and thats the time for me to trade up.  :)

Thank's to all for your opinions and personal preferences.  I just have one question for Careener re the " US 550i with its $58,500 price tag "?  Is there any place in Canada that sells at or near this price?  I think most of the brands mentioned (if not all) are excellent picks. How can you go wrong with cars like BMW - Mercedes - Porsche - Audi (order not relevant)?  I wish this US pricing would hold true across the board whether you are buying a $18,000 Corolla or a $120,000 BMW M5.  Perhaps the price of cars would one day follow the exchange rate and would fluctuate just like currency exchange rates.
