I will reserve my complaining about its lack of AWD until the wonderful day that I get to explore the little Mazdspeed beastie for myself.

OK. Back on topic - sorry for the off-beat stuff. maybe.  :)

Agree with GD. FWD isn't for me either. Having a fun car is not about horse power all the time, or good handling and acceleration numbers. There are times you just feel like do something other than drive in a straight line, or simply rotate a car around, and around  ... FWD just doesnt cut it for me.  :)

An old pic from a year ago ... cheap fun in a cheap old car.  :)

I if this msp3 also suffer that door security issue. But at 30k, it is priced competitively.

I'll drop you a line when I have the Audi's. What year is your current Rut Ro? Might be an interesting piece I could do on winter driving and fast-tastic AWD cars or something. I think my A3 3.2 has that S-Tronic gearbox too. Let you know!

I now have a 2006 WRX Wagon with a COBB Stage 2 and AccessPort ProTune on the dyno at Neetronics in Toronto. A mild +/-300 foot pounds at the wheels.

I can’t wait for the testing session! :bounce:

I’m gone to Yellowknife from Monday to Thursday so we can communicate when I return. I think an article on Rut Ro II would be cool for the Sudbury Star Wheels section.......... Whitewater should be good and frozen…..maybe some shots of drifting on the lake would be cool! :D
