That's none to shabby!  Good on ya to do the MT.

Yea, otherwise you'd be immediately branded a non-enthusiast... ::)

...or at least lazy.

It's an '08.  44k on it.  No iDrive.  Only option is sport pkg... just the way I likes it.

As for actually driving at the next event, sure... there'll be nothing but BMWs and Subarus anyway, so no new experiences.

I will bring the S2000 and break things up a bit  :)

Congrats!

Just had to go TTurbo, eh? Next stop is M  :skid:

Same wheels as the 330i, or similar if I recall correctly? Black with tint is slick.

Seems your driveway has seen a new car every two years based on the MYs (which I know is not been the case, has been accelerated recently  haha).

After owning the NA inline 6 in your 330i for a while, I'll be interested in hearing your longer term impressions of twin turbo inline 6. I'm sure the extra torque and power are a nice improvement.

I've also read that the NA engine can be a little more engaging in some cases because you have to work with the engine and row the gears a little more while the turbo has so much torque you can just keep it in 3rd/4th gear 90% of the time.

I'm guessing the extra torque and power wins over having to row the gears. ;D

Wow, I missed this earlier while on a boat.

Great ride!!  Perfect set-up, with only the sports package and no other options.  Less to go wrong and besides, pre-09 Nav/ iDrive's would feel pretty outdated now.

MOAR pics!  Those dark, poorly-lit garage pics are a cop out!   ;D

Kids?  Clients?  Easier to get in the back seat to shag the wife?  ;D

One question, why not a coupe Jeff?

A few answers to that one...

a)  getting the little guy in and out of the car seat in the back is just easier this way -- so it isn't worth suffering for the vanity of better styling

b)  interest rate on the sedans is better than the coupes for CPO BMWs

c)  coupes cost more and I'm a cheap ass who's supposed to be house shopping, not car shopping.

You're pretty smart GD, getting a CPO.  You lose less money that way when it's time to change cars.

It would seem like hell getting a little one in and out of the back seat of a coupe.  I find the back seats on the 3-series coupe pretty generous and comfortable in size compared to those of other coupes, but frequent access in/out would be a royal PITA.

Logic and common sense have no place here  :) I went to Budds on Friday on my afternoon cruse in the S2000 and checked out a new 335 is coupe .... It is drop dead gorgeous.
