Triple Treads DON'T come in a H speed rating...

I've had customers with Acura TL's who don't want to spend the cash for a proper V rated tire and end up getting Triple Treads from somewhere else...  They come back to the dealership telling me their car handles like crap...  Thats what happens when you put a T speed rated tire on a car that comes with a V...

Also, check out the Bridgestone Turanza LS-H if you don't prefer the MXV4+...

i just checked this site they say goodyear triple tred comes in 89H rating
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Goodyear&tireModel=Assurance+TripleTred&vehicleSearch=true&partnum=965HR5ATT&fromCompare1=yes&place=35

Also checked with fountain tire they said that it does come with H rating
So should i get this over Michelin MXV4+

If the Triple Tread comes in an H rating for your required size, then yes, I'd probably get the Goodyear over the MXV4+...
