My wife is a huge fan of them, drools at it when we've been for service the last few times. Too bad about the sketchy drivetrain.
Lighten up Francis.....

Yeah.  I'm glad i didn't buy a new Tundra because of the engine,  Not that I would have shelled out $55k ++ for a basic truck. I was at the Toyota dealer last weekend,  sat in  a Landcruiser, I assume this is the same ish platform.   the backseat was a bit cramped.

The new Landcruiser is a Prado, so its closer to the Tacoma.

With the 4 cyl hybrid.  Now I remember,   after I sat in one of them I looked them up on  Fuelly.  There's not much data right now the they average 12.9l/100km which is disappointing IMO.

To my mind the 740/760 and then the 940/960 were peak Volvo. Built like tanks, longitudinally mounted 4 and 6 cylinder engines, rear wheel drive and the 4 cylinders drove like slugs, really under-powered. Very often in the 940 you had to have your foot on the floorboard to get decent acceleration!!

This guy always has some interesting stuff in his driveway. Believe I showed the Jeep before, but the Porsche seems like a new addition:

It's pure blasphemy if he has an RWB decal on his car and it's not a real one...

Saw my first Equinox EV today. Like the one below, in black, RS trim. It looked very sharp in person, maybe even better than I expected from its pictures.

A minty grey Suzuki Kizashi yesterday! It's been awhile!! I actually drove one in a comparison test in the early days of my side gig at Guide de l'auto - I liked it, we all liked it. Peak Suzuki!

I recall those being the Journos darling other than the CVT. Unfortunately nobody bought them and Suzuki was soon gone from the auto world (in Canada)
