Saw a kid ride his bicycle into a fire hydrant.
Lol, passed by my son on the road one day and honked at him to say hi, he rode straight into a hydrant. Too busy looking at who honked. He was about 14, and yes, he was ok (pride a bit bruised tho).

When I was in grade 1 I was riding my bike, looking around at the houses, and rode straight into a car.  It would have been one of those early 80's boats, all pointy and sharp in places.  Ended up with a solid cut on my chin.

Bonus points:  It was the day before picture day.

Caught up to a late '60s American compact yesterday on the drive home, and got stuck behind it (and its fumes) in a multi-km long concrete "Hot Wheels track" because roadwork. Prayed the thing would not stall in the pouring rain as there's no move-around space in there.

Passed the thing at the exit, and looked as I could not pinpoint what it was until I got a better view - Ford Falcon sedan with obvious V8 by the sound of it.

Looked exactly like this one, right down to the colour:

I did the same as a kid into the back of a grain truck. Remember booting it into the farmyard and then freezing for some reason as I coasted in to where the vehicles where. Was saved by the ape hangar handlebars on my banana bike hitting the grain box, which was lucky as with no back bumper the front wheel went right under the truck

Yay 70's fashion!

Funny to think of a mundane "compact" sedan having a V8.

It is actually quite compact when you see it on the road - would be dwarfed by a Civic. And speaking of dwarfed, I spotted a TR4 over the weekend, same basic car as my TR6 of course, and man did it ever look small driving between SUVs!

Neat cars.  The 289 V8 was more than enough for this vehicle.

Interestingly, it's the same length as a Civic and just two inches wider.

From Twitter:

Edmonton’s potholes have upped their game

Imagine you made the deal for the white car and delivery date was today

Maybe you will be able to buy one of those cars for only 120% of MSRP?!

Why does "Service" say "Seryice". Is that some sort of a disclaimer?  :P

Drove out of the downtown core behind a Fisker Karma. Odd looking things in person.

Saw my first customer-plated Lucid Air. Cool looking thing, though I'm not sure I'd place a bet on that company surviving.
