If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

A guy in simple shorts and T-shirt loading his Costco purchases into a new Bentley Bentayga. Nice off-white, nearly pastel color with matching aftermarket double dubs. Colors made it work. Rear design of the thing is good, looks larger in person than in photos. Of course I did not see the front end...

I just saw a Toyota IQ with a trailer hitch.  Respect to that guy!

Snowbirds just flew over my place... 5 of them in formation and then a pretty banked turn over downtown as far as I could tell.

Anything heavier than that and the car would be doing a wheelie.

Saw this Clenet in St Andrews a little while ago while on my lunch break.  At first I thought it was a Excalibur but decided to take a closer look.  Only one manufacturer badge so i looked it up online.  Not really my thing but thought it was interesting and rare as only 250 were made according to the plaque on the side doors.  Looked kittish from a distance but the materials and workmanship looked quiet good up close.  It was in great shape as well.

I had a guy in a mint condition Acura CL type S try and race me today.

Always loved those and they still look great. It was a pity I had to blow his doors off.
Haha yeah what was he thinking, nice car notwithstanding. Maybe he just wanted to see what a '53 AMG can do.

One thing I like about riding my fixie places is that if I see something interesting, I can easily stop and take a quick picture.  When I'm in a car, not so quick and easy.  Anyway, I saw this one while I was riding back to work after lunch.

This one's for the LS guys on the forum:  A sweeet 3rd gen JDM RHD Toyota Celsior.

That's neat. I personally despise the pre-facelift LS 430 / Celsior (2001-2003), but that's definitely something cool.

What I don't get is the guys who get "JDM" versions of cars we can just get here. Why would I bother spending extra money on a Celsior or Aristo when I can get an LS430 or GS here? Insuring RHD cars can be a PITA, and then there are the inconveniences of RHD like drive-thrus, etc.

I'd happily drive around in something like a Mark II wagon if it wasn't for ON insurance. The only other inconvenience I can think of is Japanese infotainment menus and "wrong" FM radio. Everything else is a matter of getting used to, speaking from personal experience.

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

ask Dent (?) who got a RHD 350z IIRC. Insuring RHD vehicles that are imported is easy with Hagerty I found - they are set up for that kind of thing. I am sure I am not telling you anything new here...

I also do not get it. If you are going to import something, make it some unobtanium.

A month ago, a guy bought a truss hanger off me.  He showed up in a fifteen year old JDM, RHD, FWD CR-V with a manual.

Now THOSE I can understand.

Postal vehicles, and they are very, very popular especially for rural carriers. RHD has its benefits for them.
