Old G, now a new G63. Owner also has a RR, needs timing chains, full air suspension lines and compressor, HID ballasts, infotainment computer...and more. Think he can afford it though...
Yikes on the RR. Shows there is little relationship between rich and smart. Takes his RR to the dealership for timing chain work lol. That's going to be like a $18k bill!  :rofl2:
Yeah, it is expensive work when things go majorly wrong on those things. This one is rough AF.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Never said that  ;D There are some very, very smart rich customers at our shop. There also are some very, very stupid ones (mechanically speaking) too.

Yeah I saw one for the first time a couple of days ago.  Nothing special, not bad looking and definitely better than current Escape, but I'd still likely get something else in this category.

Saw some on a truck, absolutely the same thoughts. Like an Escape with a shoddily built by the marketing department, "outdoorsy, super active package"....kind of what James May built for Top Gear

Lighten up Francis.....

I was on a charter flight to a northern reserve for work yesterday which left from the same airport that the Winnipeg Jets charter from. They had the teams cars lined up outside ready for their arrival last night. What was interesting to me was the lack of "high end" cars. I spotted one Jaguar SUV and one Range Rover. Otherwise it was a sea of pickup trucks and "regular" SUV's.

I'm a pretty big Raptors fan and a guy who was a bit of a fan favorite (even if his stint with the raptors was brief) was Matt Bonner.  That guy made decent money, but had a business education, so his main priority was setting himself up for the future.  While he was with the Raptors he didn't own a car, he took the subway to work and mostly ate at Mr. Sub.  When asked what one of his big purchases were since entering the NBA he references a digital watch he bought that was able to control his TV.

When he left the Raptors he went to San Antonio, there he was forced into getting a car because their transit system wasn't as good.  He test drove a bunch of vehicles and chose the car with the greatest leg room, it was a Pontiac Grand Prix.  Got to love a guy who thinks so conservatively.

Not every professional athlete wants a flashy car.

Drove a pressie back to fleet this morning, saw a unicorn from the past - Infiniti G20 - and a pretty rare 1st-gen Outlander.

Those first gen Outlanders were everywhere when they first came out but I can't really recall seeing them lately.

I was always a fan of the G20. There wasn't really anything wrong with it that a bit more power wouldn't have fixed.

Also a fan of the G20 at the time. Infiniti missed an opportunity to keep an entry-level option to its range while the segment was hot (A3, CLA, even ILX).

Sorry for the crappy picture Bubs...saw this in Morden on the way to the vaccine clinic, knew I had to get a shot for you.  Hard to get a clear one at 30 kmh while trying not to run over kids crossing the streets with their skateboards...but I did it.  ;D

It just needs to be levelled out...
