yes, quite close to that in real life
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Soooo much nicer than any Tesla.  I wonder how well it will sell compared to the Model S.

I'm seeing quite a few Taycans around. They're brilliant, so that's definitely a good thing.

Funny enough, the burb's richest neighbourhood stands between my house and Costco. Saw the Taycan driving the other way on the way up, saw it again driving the other way on the way down!

I applaud your courage for walking into a Costco during the pandemic. Around here, it's absolutely the biggest sh*tshow.

It's not that bad in there. Arrows all over the place to control flow, people getting used to rules. We're a very "professional" type of suburb, so lots of people work from home, helping spread out shopping over the whole week. So no crazy peak crowds. Supermarkets are worse actually, with their narrower isles.

It’s odd, but the last two times I’ve been in Costco have been the best ever: parking lot half full, aisles not crowded, and no lineups at the checkout.

I’d been putting it off, because I figured it would be a pandemic nightmare, but for whatever reason it’s been great.  ???

Had to use a dial phone Friday night to make a long distance call.  Still works great.  Can't remember the last time i used one.   My 36 year old nephew had never even seen one before and got a good laugh when i sent him the photo.

These are handy as heck during a power failure. They run off the phone jack power, so as long as the phone land line service is connected, you have a working phone.

They are handy in a power outage, but how many people have a real phone land-line now?

Is this Matrix period correct hardware?  ;D

Metal rotary dial phone paired to its answering machine.
It came without its power supply but should has been included as per listing.
Since POTS (plain old telephone system) hardwire phone line has been dismissed ±16 years, I never gave a real try...

Gone but not forgotten in chronological order: 2019 Volt, 2013 Volt, 2014 Spark EV, 2012 Volt and many others before...
