Oh well. People die every day all over the world.

Would you say that over in the Covid thread ? :P

LOL, no point saying anything in that thread, it's full of bollocks.  :rofl2:

Damn. Trying to figure out what that car is - I think final-gen Versa Sedan is about right.

I think it looks more like a coupe of some sort.

That's not a coupe. The rear door has a quarter window. I'm sticking to the final gen Versa sedan.

I was driving my pressie from point A to point A over lunch. That counts as work, right?  :D

So I saw my first Bronco Sport, in a nice grey shade, looks better in person than in pics. Also saw my first RAM TRX - me driving an EV brought a carbon offset to this sighting  ;D

Are you driving a "Mustang" this week?  :D
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

A RX-350 with a Thule rooftop box slowly passed me a while ago while i was coming back from the city and I could swear that box was moving around.   The RX-350 looked fairly new but the box looked older and was full of worn-out stickers.  Just didn't look like it was bolted on tight enough.  I was hoping he'd pull off on my exit so I could warn him but he kept going straight.  Wouldn't want to be behind that if it comes flying off!  Stuff like that scares the :censor: out of me when i'm driving the roadster.  :P

A "Bugatti Blue" XJR 575 Edition traded into our shop. Only, it was originally black like my car, and the blue is very very light baby blue, not Bugatti blue at all. This extremely rare car was utterly ruined by this paint job. The car is a 2019, one of the last XJs made, with only 5k on it. The owner spend $10k painting it the horrific colour, and lost at least $20k in value because of the repaint.

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

That kind of colour works better on smaller cars IMO (think a Mazda3 or similar). Not sure I'd call it ruined but I would not pay $10k to do it either.

oh we wholesaled that :censor: right away, did NOT want it sitting on our lot

Think it is going to TO

also, the link I provided was for the PREVIOUS dealership to have the car, I do not think we even stocked it in before it was pitched to a dealer in TO

Ahhhh, okay, makes sense.... was wondering what that site was? Thought maybe it's a sister dealership to yours.

Well, from what I've read, Bugatti Blue can be various shades of blue.  I'm just amused by the fact that the owner painted an English car with a French colour.   ;D

It's just not a very nice shade of blue for the Jag, so I agree with you there.  Makes it look cheap.  A deep navy blue would have been a better choice.  Do we know why it was painted?  Was it damaged?
