Saw this when i voted earlier today.  Not even sure what it is but looks to be amphibious...?

It's a Steyr-Puch Haflinger, made by the same company as the Pinzgauer.  Much smaller and lighter, though not amphibious.

Nice call, especially considering the crappy photo.

Calling Firm, REV, and maybe FOB:

I pass by this beautiful, very clean GMT400 GMC C1500 on my daily walks on my lunch break at work.

Yesterday on the way in to Wpg I passed a nicely restored VW pickem up (old Jetta truck?)...bright green, but it must've been pretty fresh, the rockers right down to the pinch point were still shiny.  Made sure to give him a thumbs up as I passed.

Nice - they were simply called VW Pick-up in Canada and the US; VW Caddy in Europe.
I'd rather be car-poor than house-poor...

A guy in a black Boxster, with a black lab sitting in the passenger seat, giving money to a street person while waiting to turn on to the highway entrance ramp.

Thats clean. Very basic looking model with the sealed beam headlamp front end. Probably a 4.3 V6.

Mine was a “88 basic, no ac, no radio, no power locks or windows
Those sealed beams were :censor:,I went though tons of those,
The V6 wasn’t bad a big on gas
The mirrors were not that great , had replace them also

Saw a trailer full of trucks heading south...with one sexy orange Daytona on the back...  :'(
Damn American's are buying all our good stuff.

Definitely not a Camry.

Also, while I was in Wpg this AM and had time to kill, I drove through a bunch of dealerships...wow...there's like almost nothing for new stuff.  Chevy trucks?  2?  Cars?  A couple of Blazers...quite a few Sparks...otherwise, what cars...they did have a whole bunch of CPO Bolts though...lots of colours to pick from.

Went through the Hyundai dealer...same there, lots of nothing.  There was a nice blue G70 3.3 Sport though with D plates on it...wonder how much that is.

Next, what was once (or is turning into?) a used car mega center...or maybe a Honda dealer...with what had to be a hundred Civics.  All on year end clearance pricing!! So exciting, how good is that!?
...and then: What!? $1000 off!  They call that year end clearance pricing?  A thousand bucks?  Roll eyes.

New Acura TL sitting in front of the Acura dealer...lots of vans and Jeeps and trucks at the Dodge dealer (why are all the Ford & GM lots so empty? No one buys a Dodge even when that's all that's available?). Full lot while across the street the Chevy dealer was looking like it was out of business.

Maybe next week I'll go through the other side...see if the GM/Caddy, Maserati and Mazda and Toyota dealers have anything.

There is a Kia Optima Sportswagon in the parking lot at work today.
I didn't know that was a thing.

It isn't. At least not in North America.

If you never said how big it is I would have thought it was an open manhole cover. Worst news footage ever.

Sinkholes are scary.

What is located in the same building where you work?  Anything to do with vehicle testing?

It wasn't new. Looked like a 2017 judging by what I could find online.
The only thing they would test at my work is airplanes :-)

Hmm - Mexican plates?

Damn American's are buying all our good stuff.

Definitely not a Camry.

When I travelled to Georgia and NC, these were as common as Corollas here. And all V8's.

And on looks alone, the Camry's getting there. Blame Nascar.

Took my truck in for service this morning and this old Standard Vanguard was sitting on the lot.  Odd looking thing for sure, and had to use Google to find out what it was.  Can't be too many of these around.  :-\
