^^ Nice one BWII.

Yesterday on the way home...

Lovely! Masterpiece of greenhouse design.

My 89 Prelude was similar in that regard.  The view out was amazing.

Yesterday while at work I came across a couple from Florida hauling this beautiful Bowlus.  They were parked on the side of a secondary road looking lost, so i took the opportunity to turn around and ask them if they needed help.  They were simply driving around looking for adventure and couldn't decide whether to go to Grand Manan Island, or to Newfoundland...lol.  They were also looking for a a good walking trail to exercise their two dogs.  I told them it was their lucky day as I know just about every good trail in the area, I to Grand Manan several times a year and have hiked just about every trail there over the years, and I just came back from two weeks in NF where we hiked the entire time.

What a great couple of people with a good sense of humour.  We talked for quite a while, had a few laughs, and I gave them all the detailed info they could handle for where to go and what to do.  They wanted to call my boss and put in a good word for me but then I told them the real reason I stopped was to look at the Bowlus.   ;D   I told them that I came across a web article about their revival a couple of years ago but didn't think I'd ever get to see one in the flesh.  They just chuckled and gave me a nice tour of the interior and a walkaround.  The interior is what you would expect from a high-end boat.  In fact, the exterior looked like an inverted boat.  What a beauty!  Very expensive but real craftsmanship doesn't come cheap.  He said he bought it at a trade show in Vegas when it was introduced and got it at a significant discount.  It was one of the first produced.  It was being towed by a Range Rover.  It was one classy setup.  8)

I saw lots of really nice adventure style motor homes while i was in NF, but nothing of this caliber.  Made my day!

BTW, they decided on NF.  ;D

Going to Halifax on Friday I saw one of these at the gas station across from the Masstown Market. Interestingly it was being puiled by a Tesla Model X.

Trip to Wolfville and back.  There’s a lovely 2CV in wolfville, and of course a few old Land Rovers, but on the way home saw a Ramcharger with the roof removed, and then an old Ram D50, the mini truck, cruising down the highway.  Looked to be in great shape.

Around Moncton was held up by a blonde in a 2018corvette who was inexplicably doing the speed limit.  In the passing lane.

Yesterday between Moncton and Fredericton I passed about six cars on the right. All of them were cruising in the left lane with no one else around. One woman was particularly oblivious to everything around her.  ::)

On Sunday it doesn't seem like the driving was much better either. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/new-brunswick/three-people-dead-accident-1.5267700

That was on Sunday. We came through Moncton shortly before that happened.

Yes, we missed that by about 15 minutes.

Several of the people were ejected from the car.

And the guy in the passenger seat had no injuries. I'm guessing they weren't wearing seatbelts.

Drove through the dealer lot across the street before going to work.  Have a couple brand new GM 2500's in front.  Wonder why they don't have the Chevy's up there.
Not bad.

Old style for comparison.

So I figured I'd look and see if they had that new horrible looking Chevy somewhere...and sure enough!  They do!  Middle row instead of upfront.

And oddly enough, it actually looks worse in the pic than it did driving by.  Huh.  Guess it doesn't photograph well.

And old vs new.

The black GMC looks great. Too bad about the trash interior though.

The Chevy front end is hideous.
